this is going to be a quick, more or less messy post cuz i wanna get it typed up and posted before my mum gets home. and i’m not using ff so excuse my spelling PLEASE.

so the other night? i was in the car with hunter and her sister and mum. and we were driving along and there was this large yellow pick-up truck with the bighugemonstertruckish wheels right. and the one kidd looked like someone i knew but wasn’t. but he looked kind of like an iguana the way he was bobbing to their excessivly loud, nasty music. so i was staring. and both vehicles (we were in a van) accelerated and he looks and notices me staring at him and is all BWAHHHHHH. and hunter’s mum is like “oh what’s that?” and i’m like. that dumb kidd. and she always drives fast? ish? like kinda speeds maybe not quite? and so they think she’s trying to start a street race and she’s like “OHK!” and goes way fast and pwns them and she’s like HAHA THE OLD LADY JUST BEAT YOUUU. and they are unwilling to accept that it’s over and they lost so they keep going and she’s like “OH NU UH” and slows wayy down. then they realize she’s weird and going in reverse kinda? of what it should be? and slow way down too. and we’re all almost like stopped. then they rev up and just pull in the same lane in front of us.

good timesssssssssuh.

Oh My Gosh! I just twigged that I have not updated this since last year… You would not believe I spend all my time in front of a computer. I hope they bring chocolate!.

I am hopped up on caffeine with discovering time doesn’t stand still, sleeping, just generally being the life of the party to the locals, my day often feels wasted from 4am to midnight. I am so tired. but who cares.

I make a solemn vow I will make more of an effort to blog more often until the nice men in the white coats come back. Go with God, good friends. Cats if you don’t..

1. post a tweet announcing that you are blogging about wasting time (12 seconds)

2. start a blog about wasting time while waiting for straightener to warm up (67 seconds)

3.straighten hair (2.5 minutes)

4. realize you are going to mess your hair up again before going anywhere anyway and give up on that(same 2.5 minutes as before)

5. reply to a text from Sammy (or from anyone, really) (12 seconds)

6. take all the paint off your nails (3.75 minutes)

7. wash hands twice cuz now they smell NASTY (2.66666666 minutes)

8. brush tee since you’re in the bathroom anyway (1.5 minutes)

9. realize there are “About .5 seconds left” for these pictures to be uploaded and screw writing the stupid list.

Turkey Day

Yeah. It is Thanksgiving… and frankly, I don’t really care. No one celebrates it properly, as far as I am concerned. And from what I understand, it originated for disgusting purposes anyway so…yeah. Anyway, while my day “should” be filled with spending time with family, watching parades and football and stuffing my face, it will actually be about hiding in my room as much as possible while family crowds into my living room and/or kitchen to eat and watch football and parades.

Joy.

So I got up at like seven this morning and ate and had a few texting conversations. And was tired and mad at *some* people >.> so I went back to sleep. it’s now noon and I guess Hunter was in my room for like twenty minutes? All I remember

Hunter: LAURAH! YOU NEED TO gET UP NOW MISSY!
Laura: NO I Don’t… *pulls blanket over face*

Hunter: Yes, you do!

Laura: NO I”M TIRED
Hunter: So am I…but you need to get up!

Laura: no, i’m sleeping

Hunter: NO YOURE NOT!…..

Laura: NO! *rolls over
Hunter: WHy not????

Laura: CAUSE I WENT TO SLEEP
Hunter: WHY?!?!

is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!! WOO.

Anyway. I fell asleep like really, really early last night. We’re talking like…seven pm!! Which I guess is actually a pretty good thing because I have Honor’s auditions this morning and sleep is good for your voice and all such things.

Anyway. when I woke up this morning (around three)? There was a pink bra laying on my butterfly chair thing that my mum’d obviously left there and i’m like “umm…ok….why pink?” but put it on cause it looked really comfy (which it is xDD) and I read the tag and it said something about some of the money earned from it going to breast cancer research. I kinda pulled at the strap and said…”Huh..that’s weird. Why would they…OH”

Yeah. Laura’s smart?

But yeah. I’ve gotta go grab a water and put socks and shoes on and then record and re-take an Algebra test I got a C on last week…JOY!!

I should be doing homework, guys
but. I felt the need to update this real quick ((now, you should know at this point that when I say “real quick”, it’s probably going to end up being rather long. Brace yourself))
So today Hunter and Rachael came over to “study for our Spanish test”. which really pretty much meant doing make up and playing Halo 3 *pokes twitter* but all is good. I’ll make flashcards in the morning C:

Hunter spent pretty much the whole weekend over here ((8-ish at night on friday until 5-ish on sunday)) and we watched Spirited Away and lots and lots of iCarly re-runs and ate a TON of cake and played Wii and she let me do her make up and she was very patient and rad and modeled for me because yeah. I’m cool that way?

Other than that I’ve been having bucket-loads of rehearsals for Wind Ensemble and, more often, Honor’s Choir. I audition in the morning…should probably be sleeping, actually. Ugh. Also trying to keep up with homeworks…I’ll leave it up to you to guess how well that’s going? OH. Speaking of which. I have to do an i-search report thing for Acc. L.A./RDG. so if you have any suggestions for topics….stick them in a comment ASAP kthnxbai

(Just kidding ’bout the “bai” part)

so basically. laura needs to CLEAN HER ROOM and throw herself into her school work so her mum will help her figure out htf to apply at HyVee to earn some cashhhh to take a driver’s ed course to get a license so she can get a job at somewhere that’s not HyVee (Hollister? Uhh how about Hot Topic?) so she can get herself an iMac or some other such wonderful thing. Like skinny jeans.
